Here's Neveah performing Don't get the outfit wrong, she just dances and wears that stuff for the creds She chooses a slightly more traditional outfit since it makes her look even more "exotic". Otherwise she likes keeping herself in more modest clothing.

Anyways, her relevance in Mass Effect is simply that she was supposed to become a Citadel consort like her mother (after all, who else taught her how to perform?) but she decided to run away. She was/is a dumb kid and now she just hitches rides, wandering port to port performing and making money. She meets my Shepard while performing one of her dances in her fancy dress you see here. Being a girl who loves adventure and overhearing that that was THE Shepard, she hitches a ride with Shepard. PS, she's utterly useless in a gun fight so she'd be a sucky party member unless you want an additional discount at stores XDDD How she's viewed by the other crew members and how she views them is pretty much indifferent. She doesn't really care either way, she's just along for the ride. XD She's between 17 and 19 so she's still got a lot ahead of her and she's a complete idiot about certain things at times but street smart at least about some things. She's a kid that wants to be treated like an adult but she doesn't really deserve it She thinks by doing grown up things, it makes her an adult, but that's just one of the reasons why mentally she's still a kid at heart.
